As a co-founder of Playpoint, Charles knows the organisation inside and out. He brings a diverse range of experience to his leadership and is particularly passionate about motivating and leading interdisciplinary teams.

Having worked on a broad spectrum of projects across Asia, Charles has amassed a huge amount of commercial and technical knowledge. He thrives on using these specially acquired insights to maximise value on every Playpoint project, and for every client and industry partner he works with.

With a particular interest in a user-centered design process, Charles is committed to finding new ways for the business to innovate, allowing it to stay ahead of the competition. He remains an active project manager, and greatly enjoys leading teams through each phase of a plan, ensuring successful and satisfactory delivery every time.
