Bringing 80s Playground Back at Tiong Bahru Plaza
Inspired by the iconic Singapore playgrounds of the 80s, the sparrow play sculpture brings back the retro playground of yesteryear. The textured ceramic tiles and fiberglass frame pays homage to the original design while introducing new play elements for todays children.
Children have fun climbing the hammock forest and horizontal ropes and enjoy sliding down the slide as well as swinging on the bird nest swing. For the adventurous children, they can try their hand on the vertical spinner which spins at great speed.
The little ones will have fun jumping on the trampoline, riding the seesaw and trying their hands playing on the musical play panels. The Merry go round with handicap ramps brings children of all abilities together to play together and having fun at the playground.
