Playhouse

Play Together
the idea that everyone should be included in play universal design in playgrounds design, not least in the many openings and details that encourage play exchanges between children inside and outside the play elements.

Play Cave
Malaysia is home to vast number of caves, features the stunning limestone mountains Malaysia have some of the largest and longest in the world. Replicating the natural environment and formation of a cave in the play zone it provides an exciting and out of the world experience for both teenager and young adults (7-14 years old).

Often a playground as a place for their younger siblings rather than for their own enjoyment - and with good reason. Thus, this Play Cave is a free-play activities structure that focus lounging, socialize and offered excitement for young adults.

Design Process

Central Waterplay
Early civilizations flourished along rivers, which played a pivotal role in their development. Kuala Lumpur, meaning 'muddy confluence' in Malay, prospered at the intersection of the Klang and Gombak rivers, shaping its historical significance. The Central Waterplay area, representing this confluence, integrates abstracted urban street blocks in its design.

Vibrant colors inspired by Kuala Lumpur's laterite earth blend urban and natural landscapes, providing children with an immersive, inclusive sensory play experience that resonates with the city's dynamic history and growth.
