Curvilinear Double Nest
Located at 139 Yishun Ring Road, the Curvilinear Double Nest is a striking example of modern recreational design nestled within a vibrant Singaporean housing estate. Designed by the renowned Dutch firm Carve and produced by Kineticsplay, the playground was brought to life through the expert installation of Playpoint Singapore.

Its name perfectly captures its architectural essence: a flowing, sculptural red structure that mimics organic twin nests interconnected by tunnels and climbing nets. The bold crimson hue provides a vivid contrast against the turquoise and white HDB facades, serving as a functional piece of public art.

Agility

The playground is engineered to challenge agility and spatial awareness, offering multi-level exploration through a complex web of black rope netting.

Children can navigate undulating curves, zip through red tube chutes, or find a quiet moment within the sheltered "nests." The seamless integration of the rubberized, earth-toned flooring ensures a safe environment, while the collaboration between international design and local expertise reflects Singapore’s commitment to creating innovative, community-centric spaces that foster social interaction.
