Our recent trip to Finland, organized by Playpoint and Lappset, was an enriching experience for both our clients and staff. We explored the beautiful cities of Helsinki and Rovaniemi to learn about Finnish senior living and housing practices, and immersed ourselves in a nature walk through the Lahti Health Forest, which taught us how nature can be utilized in wellbeing and therapy. ​

We also had the privilege of visiting the Lappset factory in Rovaniemi. Here, we learned about their manufacturing processes and their commitment to sustainability, including their reforestation program that replants an 80- to -120-year-old pine tree for every tree used. ​

Overall, the trip to Finland was a great success. It fostered strong bonds between our staffs and clients while providing valuable knowledge and unforgettable memories.​
